When you book a consultation or pooja we collect your name, phone number, email address and — for astrological readings — your date, time and place of birth. Contact-form enquiries store the message you send.

How it is used

Your birth details are used solely to prepare and deliver your consultation. Contact details are used to confirm bookings and share session information. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials — these are handled entirely by the payment gateway under their security standards.

Data retention & contact
