Refund Policy

Consultations

If you cancel at least 12 hours before your booked slot, you may reschedule free of charge or request a full refund. Cancellations within 12 hours are eligible for one free reschedule. No refund is possible once the session has been delivered.

Poojas & havans

Pooja bookings can be refunded in full until the samagri has been arranged (typically 48 hours before the scheduled date). After preparations begin, up to 50% may be refunded. Once the pooja has been performed, no refund is possible.

Failed payments

If money is deducted but your booking is not confirmed, the amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. For any payment issue, WhatsApp us at +91 98718 00948 with your payment ID.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
